NABF Summer College World Series

 Toledo, OH July 20, 2012- The Tournament Committee would like to announce that the College World Series is taking place in Toledo, OH with sixteen teams this year from different colleges from around the United States. Teams will be playing the Homerun Derby at Ousky Field in Oregon on Thursday August 9, 2012 at 7:30 pm. The championship game will also be held at Mercy Field starting at 1:00 pm Sunday August 12th, 2012.

            The summer College World Series is a wood-bat tournament comprised of the best teams in the summer Collegiate Leagues. This years tournament is Thursday, August 9th through Sunday, August 12th. The tournaments will take place at four different locations in greater Toledo. Some players in this tournament could eventually be seen in the future in the Major Leagues.
